Artivex N.V. uses personal information submitted through the project request form only to process your request, contact you and discuss the technical scope of your project.

Information we process

Name or company name, email address, phone number if provided, project type, project location, preferred timing, preferred contact method, project description and any attachments. Limited technical information such as IP address and browser information may be logged temporarily for security and abuse prevention.

Attachments

Attachments are checked during submission and sent to Artivex as part of your request. Uploaded files are not stored as publicly accessible website files.

Retention

Technical form logs are periodically cleaned up and are used for troubleshooting, security and request follow-up. Business correspondence may be retained longer when necessary for quotations, projects or administration.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated abuse and spam.
